A fresh start on health
As most of you (three) readers my know, I do not post a lot of personal information on my blog. In some weird way I know that kind of defeats the purpose of having a blog. Well, last week I made a decision to change all of that. I wanted to start adding more content on a regular basis. Since my BlackBerry does not have a camera that left only text to insert. I am not a creative writer by any means but I was not going to let that stop me. I thought long and hard about what I could put up here and then it hit me. Instead of blog that focused on the internal workings of my mind, I am going to blog about the external or physical.
Physical you might ask. Yes, physical. Since graduating high school I have had to struggle with my weight. Some years are better than others. I might go from a mere 5 pounds over weight to a whopping 85 pounds. Wow, 80 pounds is actually quite a bit now that I see it on (digital) paper. I am tired of fighting it and I finally have realized that I don’t need to diet, I need to change my way of living.
So, starting monday, I will be posting everyday if not multiple times a day in an effort to keep you, my trusted views, up-to-date with my new-thinner-life.
